The story is set in Turin, Italy, where the protagonist Pier, a former star chef, lives as a homeless person because of a dark past.
Pier, will reclaim his love for cooking through a journey of food recovery, developing recipes with ingredients re-purposed and rescued from waste.
His talent will prove necessary to consolidate his difficult relationship with his daughter and begin a new path in life.
