Synopsis<\/h2>\n

The documentary chronicles the events unfolding since 1999 on two barges of two families who have been expert eel fishermen for generations, living on an urban stretch of the Tiber River (GRA, South).
\nCesare and Alfredo, known as Rosci, wage war for control of the river with Nando and Franco, known as Ciccioni, who live with their mother: Sor Irene. The two families, however, will make peace over time, breaking the old rivalry, and upon the death of Sor Irene’s children, it is the Rosci family who will take care of her. Later, the arrival of Anwar from Bangladesh will lead to a new river god and a renewal of the cycle that will become memory and legacy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
